What is PumpStriker’s refund policy?

By Bathyr Devs · Published July 2, 2026

There is a 48-hour refund if the bot does not run on your machine after the full 30-minute onboarding session. The refund covers the software not running on your machine; it does not cover trading outcomes, since memecoins are high-risk and signals are algorithmic data, not financial advice.

What the refund covers, and what it does not

The refund is a guarantee that the software works on your setup. If you complete the 30-minute onboarding call and the bot still will not run on your machine, you are refunded within 48 hours. That is the promise: it runs, or you get your money back.

It does not cover trading results. Memecoins are extremely high risk, and the signals are algorithmic data rather than financial advice, so a losing trade is not a defect in the software. Nobody, PumpStriker included, can promise a win rate, and anything that does is the scam to avoid.

Why onboarding comes first

Most people are trading in under 15 minutes: purchase, download, edit a few config fields, and run. For anyone who hits a wall, the 30-minute onboarding session walks through setup directly, which is also why the refund is tied to it: it removes almost every reason the bot would fail to run before the refund question ever comes up.

How to submit a refund request

Requests are submitted at pumpstriker.fun/refund with three things: the wallet address you paid from, the purchase transaction ID (the same signature used to verify the purchase at checkout), and the bot log file from the logs folder inside the installation. The log shows exactly where the bot got stuck, which is what makes the no-questions-asked processing possible.

Valid requests are processed in under 24 hours and paid out in the same currency to the same wallet address the payment came from. No dispute process, no back and forth.

Can I try the bot before I buy?

A traditional free trial is not possible, because PumpStriker runs entirely on your own machine with your own keys, so there is no demo server to hand out. What you can do for free is audit the open-source execution bot, watch the demo videos, and read the full guide before deciding.

What payment methods do you accept?

Crypto only: USDC, USDT, or SOL on the Solana network.
